In 2002, we developed our Great Aussie Bite® "blueprint for success".

Since then, we have been testing and refining our

operational system and cooking up our flagship burgers,

baguettes and Redback® pies at our company owned store

in Bayswater, Western Australia.

An integral component of our blueprint was to invest heavily

in the development of a significant trademark portfolio of intellectual

property. We believe this investment

will prove both strategic and beneficial for our

investors and franchisees as we expand the concept

and culture of Great Aussie Bite®.

Great Aussie Bite® is set to embark on a period of rapid expansion

as we prepare to deliver our legendary food and service

to customers throughout Australia and the rest of the world.
